Description American. Working. Distributed by Nifty and marked "Nifty" on both sides of wheel. Could possibly be the first version of this toy with unusual push-lever activation and base without lithography. Some scratching and paint loss to base and some fading to toy.
Condition (Very Good). Size 16 - 1/2" T.
