Cast Iron Clown on Globe Mechanical Bank.

Description Scarce yellow variations. Manufactured by J. & E. Stevens and Company. Designed by James H. Bowen. Patented 5/20/1890. When the globe is brought into position, and the lever is released, the globe and clown whirl around in a very amusing manner. By pressing the knob, the clown will change position, standing on his head.
Condition (Excellent Plus). Size 9" T.
