Chinese hand carved nephrite jade Buddha figure. He is depicted seated with vessel in hand. He is sitting on stylized lotus blossom jade base with fitted wooden lotus blossom base. Has a translucent green jade color. 19th century. Measures 4 3/4" height x 3" width + 1 1/8" base height (12cm x 7.6cm + 2.8cm). Total weight INCLUDING base 392 grams.
