Bronze and copper alloy. Prominently dated 1881 and initialed 'RF,' believed to denote Republic of France. Reported to have graced the streets of Paris in period. Cylindrical tapering glass-inset luminaries, column with varied reeds and flutes, a circular waist cast with lions' heads centering a heraldic device, above foliage on a circular stepped base.
