OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE

Bronze and copper alloy. Prominently dated 1881 and initialed 'RF,' believed to denote Republic of France. Reported to have graced the streets of Paris in period. Cylindrical tapering glass-inset luminaries, column with varied reeds and flutes, a circular waist cast with lions' heads centering a heraldic device, above foliage on a circular stepped base. Excellent overall cosmetic and operational condition.
