Etching and aquatint by Louis Icart (French, 1880-1950), hand colored (H.C. & I. 425), signed in pencil with artist's blindstamp lower right, windmill stamp lower left and stamped copyright 1933 by L. Icart, Sty. NY upper left. In a silvered frame, French matte. Very good condition. 36x27 inches.
