Circa 1870. Clock movement unsigned, the clock drum set into an urn surmounted by a cup with two frolicking birds, flanked by two allegorical maidens seated upon a shaped plinth hung with foliage and varied classical devices. Excellent quality, fine casting and good overall condition. 26x27x11 inches.
