OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE

Unusual, circa 1850, American. The enamel dial with gilt rim and open center section revealing the clock mechanism, raised on scrolled supports, atop a rectangular plinth, centering the pendulum which takes the form of a putto on a swing, now under a glass dome. Some adaptation to clock movement, the associated dome cracked, good overall condition. 15x22x6 inches.
