The well-made Hofbauer Harmonipan organ is sought-after by knowledgeable collectors for its high quality and excellent sound. It plays from special digital cassettes. This example includes eight cassettes with approximately 10 tunes each. It includes an oak display base under the organ and is presented in excellent overall condition. Such a hand-cranked organ is evocative of the glory days when similar instruments made by Frati; Cocchi, Bacigalupo & Graffigna; Molinari and others provided music for street fairs, carnivals and other occasions. 28x28x19 inches.
