Copy of Early Railway Print, "Traveling on the Liverpool and Manchester Railway." Hand colored aquatint on laid paper. Early French edition of the Ackerman view, c. 1840, featuring the English locomotives, "Jupiter and North Star." Displayed in a double matte in a gilt wood frame: 9"h. X 22 3/8"w. sight and 15 1/4"h. X 28 3/4"w. overall. Condition: Good, no damage.
