Two Lester Breininger Comb Decorated Slip Dishes. Yellow and green spatters of slip on a natural red clay ground then drawn through with a wide toothed tool. Coggle rim. One dish inscribed: "L. Breininger, Robesonia, PA. Aug. 7, 1988, Hot & Humid" and the other the same with: "Oct. 8, 1992, Fine fall day." Each 10 1/4"dia.
