Cowden & Wilcox Cobalt Decorated Stoneware Jar. Straight sides with rounded shoulder to molded and flared rim and two applied crescent handles. Stamped into face below rim is a light stamping: " _ _ _ _ _LCOX, Harrisburg, PA." visible with a number 2. A three flower stalk with leaves on face. 11 3/4"h. X 8 1/2"dia. Condition: Chip off outside of rim and glaze flaking at bottom.
