Late 18th/early 19th Century Comb Maker's Stand. Adjustable iron foot operated clamp mounted on a walnut dish rim top with turned pedestal base. Typically was used for making turtle shell combs. 32" high. Condition: good with age cracks and minor losses, tin repair on base.
