Ornate Chip Carved Dark Wood Trinket Box. Multiple square and rectangular strip builds of five layers. Recessed side and end panels lined with purple velvet and embellished with stamped brass ring handles, initials T. P., a key escutcheon and outlined with silver metallic cord. Lid of similar composition with a paint detailed stamped brass coat of arms, the name "Andenken" and outlined with a stamped brass and "jeweled" chain on purple velvet. Box lined with gold floral printed purple paper. Lock and hasp present, no key. 4 3/4"h. X 9 3/8"w. X 7"d. Condition: Good, but missing a few pyramid toppers.
