Two 20th Century Water Scenes, Oil on Canvas. One signed: "John Hawkins, 1920" in lower left margin. Hawkins of New York has exhibited at the Whitney Museum of American Art. Pastel colors of boats on placid water and mounted in gold wood frame: 8"h. X 10 3/4"w. sight and 11 1/2"h. X 14 1/2"w. overall. Along with a vignette of a river in country at beginning of Fall. Canvas cut from frame and flat mounted with a gold matte board in a gilt wood frame: 4 1/4' h. X 8 3/4"w. sight and 11 1/4"h. X 15 1/2"w. Condition: Both good, no damage.
