RARE 82pc COALPORT CAIRO GOLD OVER PINK CHINA SET

82 piece set of Coalport English Bone China porcelain in the Cairo pattern having gold over pink color design with scalloped edges. Holds gold under glaze crown mark to bottom of each piece. Made circa 1920. Set includes 12 dinner plates 10 7/8" (27.6cm). 11 salad/dessert plates 8" (20.3cm). 12 bread & butter plates 6 1/4" (15.8cm). 12 footed teacups 2 3/4" (6.9cm). 12 teacup saucers 5 5/8" (14.2cm). 12 footed cream soup cups 2 1/4" (5.7cm). 12 cream soup saucers (5 5/8" (14.2cm). Condition: 9" hairline to one dinner plate seen to both sides. 3" hairline to one saucer, seen on both sides. 8 dinner plates have some minor spots of paint loss. Use marks to some plates. No apparent crazing, chips, breaks or repairs.
