Condition/Details:This large antique atlas is a look at the history of Steuben County, NY, depicting each town in great detail with several close-up maps of downtown districts. The maps are in full color, showing the various districts of each town, as well as roads and locations of individual businesses and family homes. The atlas contains several continuous-sheet printed maps, including one of the United States. Bound in black embossed cloth, the atlas has some wear outside, spine peeling, duct tape along each edge to prevent further wear. The hinges have been repaired with tape and the binding is intact. The maps are generally clean and legible, some scattered light foxing, small fold-out section of the county map torn off.
