Condition/Details:This vintage set is a collection of the catalogs of rare books, manuscripts, Americana, and other collectibles compiled by Dr. Rosenbach over the years 1904-1951. The catalogs are printed in facsimile, and include price listings for the various books (making one scoff at the price of a "rare" item a century ago). Rosenbach was perhaps the most famous collector and dealer of rare books and ephemera in the first half of the twentieth century. Complete in ten volumes, including an index by Don Ward, the set is bound in blue cloth with gilt decorations. Excellent condition, minimal wear with very little use, a few library attributes.
