VTsSPO stands for All-Russian Union of Consumer Cooperatives, also known as Tsentrosoyuz. Before the Revolution, Tsentrosoyuz functioned as a voluntary trade association. The Bolsheviks put it under the government control, and membership of every cooperative in Tsentrosoyuz became mandatory.

An attractive "neutral" design from the period when the new status of the Tsentrosoyuz had not yet been firmly established.
