SEEBURG SYMPHONOLA, JUKEBOX, MODEL 148-M, "TRASH CAN", #158876, C1948, H 58":cylindrical in shape hence the "Trash Can" designation by collectors, with faux wood design over metal panels with an opaque translucient domed lid with a chorme framed finial in pink and inscribed: "Seeburg", all which illuminate when in operation; below the lid is the coin recepticle inscribed: "5 Plays - Quarter", "2 Plays - Dime" and "One Play Nickel", flanked by an illuminated index for the record titles, which you push when selecting a song. Plays 78 RPM records. The speakers are in front and inside a hinged door with a gilt metal grille with gilt dust cloth and is surrounded by rows of small blue mirrored glass tiles all flanked by illuminated red plastic accents (one shows cracks) traversing the top below the lid and turning toward the bottom of the piece; all supported on casters. Includes extra red plastic accent pieces of which one is a usable curved piece for top left; Includes two keys one to top lid and other to speaker door;

1/2"crack to the pink bakelite finial with Seeburg Stencel and warpage to a side finial piece; crack to the long right hand red accent piece just below chrome joint at the top; two extra pieces are warped and unusable due to their brittle state, numerous chips and abrasions to faux wood door panels around speaker, cannot guarantee operating condition, GA.
