Large and bold Weller Brighton Bird of Paradise. Described as a "parrot" in Huxfords' on page 116, this foul is a bird of paradise, but call it what you please. It is colorfully decorated in yellows, greens, browns, reds and black. Marked WELLER on the base in die impressed letters. The beak has been professionally restored but the piece is otherwise mint with no damage and it displays like new. 10 1/2" tall.
