DOUGLAS ARTHUR TEED (AMERICAN 1863-1929), OIL ON CANVAS, 1923, 17" X 22", INTERIOR WITH ARAB FIGURES:Signed and dated lower left; modern frame.

Under UV light in the unopened frame: c. 1-2% overpainting along the lower edge and also in the lower center where there is a 1 1/2" x 4" patch on the back; very small paint chip at the bottom left center along the edge; the cracking/craquelure is not overall but is cupping; some edge scarification; water damage on verso; not lined; modern frame.
