W. PARSONS, OIL ON CANVAS, 1900, 40" X 30", NATIVITY SCENE AFTER OLD MASTER:Signed lower right. Dated 1900. Copy of an old master. Clare and Hitchcock label on verso (see last photo detail).

Artist is Parsons, not Parson. AS IS: Severe and highly noticeable overall craquelure and cracking of the paint with some paint loss; small hole in canvas at the bottom; not lined or patched; original stretchers and period frame (damaged); needs cleaning; UV inspection is not accurate at this time - it would need to be done after cleaning and taking care of the cracking and the hole.
