Rare Underground Railroad Document, March 26th 1812: Letter By David Bailey to "Friends of Cedar Creek" stating that the Black People brought by Samuel Nixon "are Like to be Brought into a Suffering Situation" and should be moved to the Western Counties of Pennsylvania", and asking them to be Committed to their Care (the Friends at Cedar Creek).
