Men’s 18k gold cased pocket watch, the face engraved with thirteen stars above an American eagle and with a key-wind mechanism. As found. 2”diam.

Questions asked & answers:(1) Is this a pair cased watch. (Case within a case? two cases.) See Photos. (2) What is the outside diameter of the case? (excluding crown)- same as originally catalogued- 2 inches. (3) What is the gram/oz weight of the watch? Unknown. (4) Are there any hallmarks on the inside of the case? If so what are they? (Is the watch hallmarked for 18 Karat Gold?) See Photos- marks in two places. (5) Is the watch running? Unknown- no key Is this watch a drum fusee. (chain driven - if so is the chain intact?) Unknown. (6) Who is the maker of this watch? Unknown. (7) Is the watch all original? Unknown, but appears to be. (8) Is the crystal mineral glass or replacement plastic? Crystal is missing altogether. (9) Are there any chips or cracks to the dial? Dial is metal and scratched. (10) Are there any dings or scratches to the case?
