STAFFORDSHIRE BLUE TRANSFER PLATTER, EARLY 19TH C., L 11 3/4":An oval platter with notched corners transfer printed in blue with two hunters and two hounds at the well, country house in the background, within a bold floral border with two game birds. Stamped in blue on the reverse "P & I Chamberlin Importers, Louisville, K.Y." (see additional photo). Measures L.11 3/4" x 9 1/4". P & I Chamberlin represented James and Ralph Clews and Enoch Wood & Sons. Property of Virginia McMillan Lambrecht, Grosse Pointe Shores.

Crazing and light stains on the reverse side (evident in additional photo); overall, good condition. Chs
