A Louis XVI Style Gilt Bronze Mounted Mahogany Commode, after the Model by Guillaume Benneman,
having a rectangular white marble top with turret corners above two concealed frieze drawers flanking a lion mask mount, the lower case centered with a relief roundel depicting a shepherdess and a musician among scrolling foliate mounts with three-quarter round fluted columns at the sides, raised on toupie feet.
