A Swiss Carved and Painted Center Table,
19th century, the circular top centered with a roundel depicting a landscape scene of the Alps and mountain goats, surrounded by a band of foliate decoration within the border decorated with twenty-two landscape scenes below Swiss Canton shields over the carved foliate and drop finial frieze, raised on a carved tripod base decorated with grape vines, clusters and roses.
Height 21 x diameter 37 1/2 inches.
