A Collection of Six Silver Toddy Ladles, of various origins, forms and sizes, comprising a Scottish, Glasgow, 1821, example with a twist carved horn handle, a French example with the unofficial Silversmith's Association hallmark dating to 1793-1794 and bearing makers mark ACC with a turned wood handle, an unmarked example with a turned wood handle, turned bowl and a pierced lid, two examples with twist carved horn handles and one set with a coin in the bowl and the last having a rubbed maker's mark with a rosewood handle and a coin set in the bowl.
