Victor Vasarely (Hungarian/French 1906-1997). "NBC 21". Plastic collage on wood, height 33 1/2", width 4", depth 6". Signed at bottom. Titled and numbered "13/50" on a plaque on the bottom. Also signed on a lower square. Condition: The white background is slightly yellowed. The finish is scratched overall.
