Alvin Loving (American, 1935-2005). "Hex 15". Acrylic on canvas, 65" x 57". Signed and titled on reverse. Dated "1969". Provenance: Gertrude Kesel Gallery, Detroit, Michigan. Condition: Small place on the top front of the canvas where the stretcher has marked the canvas. The lower left tan colored panel is a slightly different color than the rest. It appears that it may be from water, or it may be from the pigment in the paint.
