Parrying Shield.

Description Shield is done in the 17th century style. Collapsible spike and hook are even later additions. Shield displays embossed line decoration, raised center of the shield is covered with a reinforcing plate in a star design, and edges of shield featuring a rope design border. Rivets with brass washers. Replacement hand hold on rear of shield. Outer surface is heavily pitted overall. Inner surface, very heavily patinated, also has some leather remnants.
Condition (Very Good - Excellent). Size 9" Dia.
