Description Theodore B Starr, ca.1889
Each with an oblong body with bombé sides chased and embossed with a scrolling leafage band under the rim, the loop handles and center of the domed lids similarly decorated, on four cast paw feet with floral scroll caps; script initials on front and dated inscription under base. All with maker's trademark, model number 168 and a star. Scratching and other signs of use to interiors; dated inscription: "1854/Dec.5th/1889".
Lengths: large: 14; smaller: 11-1/2 in; total weight: 147.5 oz. Size Largest: 14 - 1/2" L.
