Montgomery County, Kentucky, ca 1800, a sugar chest in cherry with poplar secondary, the fold-back lid with reeded edge opening to fitted interior of three drawers over two deep divided bins under a slide, the bin over a cockbeaded drawer with diamond escutcheons, all rising on reeded legs with mushroom feet; ht. 36.5, wd. 32.25, dp. 18.75 in.
