Johann Friedrich Krickhan Russian Silver Box 

Kaliningrad, Russia, ca 1845, a footed silver box having a hinged lid with acanthus and antheneum leaf decoration, marked Krickhan for Johann Friedrich Krickhan & Co; lg. 6 in., wt. 15.33ozt (477g).

Condition report

One corner of the lid has a small hole. Surface scratches to silver. The silver bottom is slightly warped in. The interior felt lining has begun to remove from the silver in some areas and there is some minor corroding to the felt.
