Cincinnati, Ohio, early 20th century, an Arts and Crafts Morris chair in oak attributed to Shop of the Crafters, having an adjustable tilt horizontal slat back, vertical wood slat sides, inlaid mixed wood design to front support, original finish, and marked with retailers label H.S. Pogue; ht. 46, wd. 30.25, dp. 33.5 in.

Shop of the Crafters opened in 1904 under the ownership of Oscar Onken (1888-1948). 

Missing leather cushions. Minor surface abrasions.
