Imperial Russian silver elephant figure set on spinach green nephrite jade square base. The elephant is seated with tusk and right foot raised. Base is suspended upon four ribbed discus feet. Holds town marks and 84 silver purity marks. Also holds Julius Rappoport's "I.P." workmaster marks to silver. Measures 3" height x 2 1/2" depth x 2" depth (7.6cm x 6.3cm x 5.1cm). Weighs 10.4ozt / 324 grams.
