Russian silver enameled egg box having flower and leaf design throughout with raised gold wash flies and bees. Has enameled leaves and flowers. Has 8 cabochon cut ruby jewels set throughout. Gold wash interior. Includes stand with three figural fish feet. Piece holds Cyrillic Pavel Akimov Ovchinnikov workmaster marks. Holds 84 silver purity mark with Moscow town mark and Double headed eagle mark. Holds marks to both sides of interior and on lip. Base marked 84. Measures 3 1/8" height x 2 1/8" diameter + 3/8" base height (7.9cm x 5.4cm). Total weight of 5.4ozt / 169 grams.
