A possibly George III white metal key wind pair case pocket watch signed Blanchard & Son of Hull, the white enamel dial having a painted nautical scene, offset main dial with black letter hour markers spelling out the name "Joseph Turpin", overlapped by a separate seconds dial, the plain cases stamped with spurious marks, fitted with a signed decorated gilt full plate fusee and chain movement with verge escapement, undersprung balance, decorated pierced balance cock and stop function. Case diameter 58mm.

Condition report

Blanchard & Son of Hull pocket watch, key wind movement is not currently functioning, tiny marks and bits of debris to the dial, couple of very light cracks to the dial, some wear to the markers of the main and subsidiary dials, tiny marks and some light bending to the hands, the glass is lightly scratched, the case has medium scratches from general wear, outer case has some heavier scratches and a couple of dents.
