A Victorian silver key wind open face pocket watch, the white dial with hourly applied black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, all surrounded by a minute track, round case with a vacant cartouche to rear, hallmarked London 1857, fitted with a gilt full plate fusee and chain movement, signed Joshua Johnstone, Liverpool, with chaton set train jewelling, engraved balance cock, ratchet tooth lever escapement and diamond end stone. Case diameter 50mm.
