A 20th century keyless wind rolled gold open face pocket watch, the white enamel dial signed Thos Russell & Son, with black Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track, subsidiary seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, ornately engraved case with vacant cartouche, signed movement numbered 47627, with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 52mm.
Condition reportRolled gold pocket watch signed Thos Russell & Son, dial has many surface scratches and marks as a result of wear, some particles are caught to the seconds hand in the subsidiary dial, dial has split in sections, there is a large crack from the ten o'clock to six o'clock, there are smaller cracks seen throughout the dial, dial appears uneven in the case, hands are uneven in colour but generally in good condition, minute hand appeared slightly bent out of shape, glass has many surface scratches and scuffs as a result of use, case is generally in good condition with light surface scratches and marks, there is wear to the edges of the case with scratches and scuffs.
