A rolled white gold keyless wind open face pocket watch signed Waltham, the two-tone silvered dial with hourly applied gilt Arabic numerals, bordered by a gilt minute track with outer decoration, silvered subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, cushion shaped case with engraved monogram to the rear, personal engraving inside the rear of the case, stamped 14K goldfilled, fitted with a signed nineteen jewel movement. Case width 45mm.
Condition reportRolled white gold keyless wind open face pocket watch, movement is currently functioning, dial has surface scratches and marks visible, light scratches are visible to the hourly applied Arabic numerals, hands appear discoloured with marks visible, glass is lightly scratched, however there is a lot of noticeable debris to the glass, bow has surface scratches and signs of wear, case has medium scratches as a result of use, however to one corner of the case there are deeper more noticeable scratches due to previous opening of the case back, outside of case back has engraving which reads 'FHR' inside of case back has personal engraving which reads 'TO FRANK FROM DAD 1929' This lot does not come with box or papers.
