A continental metal keyless wind open face pocket watch signed P.W.C, the white enamel dial with hourly applied Arabic numerals, outer twenty-four hour track with Arabic divisions, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, round case stamped 0.800 with poincon, plated band to the front and rear of the case, engine turned decoration with vacant cartouche to the rear, fitted with a signed movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 51mm. Together with a metal chain with lobster clasp termination. Total length 28cm.
Condition reportP. W. C pocket watch, keyless wind movement is currently functioning, tiny marks to the dial with areas of fracturing at ten o'clock and between four and five o'clock, tiny marks to the hands, the glass is lightly scratched, the case has medium scratches from general wear, scuffing also to the case. Chain appears to be in fair condition with signs of general wear, rubbing to the plating of the bolt-ring clasp. Please note that this lot does not come with box or papers.
