The mounted ink on paper described a Poem of Chairman Mao written by Lu Yanshao(1909-1993)
Tower of Yellow Crane --To the tune of Pusa Mang (Budda Wild)
The railway Bejing---Guangzhou lies heavy by Wuchang City;
The Yangtze River flows below the splendid Tower of Yellow Crane.
There is a rainy mist between its dark waters and the low cloudy sky;
The river seems to be locked by hills as known Tortoise and Snake.
Where is the yellow crane which the sorcery(magician) rode on?
And why is the tower left here till nowfor me as a travellor alone?
Drinking alone in such a place, I'd like bow to the Mother-River,
My thoughts are like a tide going out, vying with its waves in height.
Inscribed and signed with one seal in UR and one seal in DL of the artist,a part of collection from Mr.Wang,vice-chairman of southeast art club,price reserved,90×48 cm. 35 1/2×18 7/8 in.
