Of a seated emperor and empress. The emperor wears court dress which intricately designed with a dragon in relief, sitting on a dragon chair, holding a bag in his left hand. The queen wears a court dress carved with phoenix, and sits on a phoenix chair in high relief while holding a Ruyi in her right hand. Both figures on a carved wooden stand. H: 9 5/8 in. (24cm)
