From the Private Collection of Harry Lawrence of Laguna Beach. The middle vase is carved with a “?” “shou” (or long life) medallion on each sides and two chilongs by the sides as handles, flanked by two smaller vases, one surrounded by a pine tree, and another by a ganoderma. There reverse is of a carved phoenix and dragon in high relief. The statue symbolizes eternal health, happiness, and prosperity. H: 5 1/4 in.(13cm)
