The bronze casting of the proud and serious head of an eagle with finely rendered beak, eyes and feathers is draped about the neck with a section of the American flag with the lettering ""SEPTEMBER 11, 2001"" in relief. Supported on a naturalistic bronze base and raised on a rusticated limestone plinth supported by a revolving shaped wooden base.

Very good condition. Patination to beak.
Artist signed certificate of authenticity.
