A THREE-PIECE FRENCH MARBLE AND BRONZE PATINATED SPELTER FIGURAL CLOCK SUITE
France, Late 19th Century The clock and two urns set on tiered rouge veined marble bases supported by four corner-mounted foliate scroll feet; the clock figure depicting a French peasant woman. Signed “L. & F. Moreau” in the spelter on the back of the base, with a brass title label attached to the front reading “MANON” over “Par L. et Fçois Moreau, Mllo d'Or;” the clock proper having the maker's address “39-41, Place du Grande Marche” over “Tours;” a circular 1900 Paris Medal of Honor stamp on inside back plate reading “F.
