A PAIR OF CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE DECORATED PORCELAIN VASES
China, Mid-19th Century. Each of the tall multi-tiered hexagonal vases having two red applied pierced handles on the neck, the body with two shaped reserves of three children playing outdoors, the remaining surfaces densely covered with multicolored flowers, animals, and other elements on a white ground; signed on undersides with four blue Chinese characters within a double square. Condition: Minor wear to porcelain finish at base.
