A FINE LOUIS XV STYLE WALNUT KING SIZE BED
Early 20th Century
The headboard featuring a pair of large C-scrolls centered on a fountain of reeds and surmounted by aserpentine crest rail; with unusually deep asymmetric shell carving and floral garland sprays. This motif is repeated on the curved foot board. The rails with shaped apron and floral and shell carving, all raised on seven cabriole legs with shell carving at the knee.


Overall very good condition. 66 x 85 x 82 inches (167.6 x 215.9 x 208.3 cm); Opening for mattress and bedding, 82"" wide, 78"" long
