A PAIR OF LOUIS XVI STYLE GILT BRONZE MIRRORS WITH ENAMELED RESERVES
Possibly Italy, 20th Century
The cast reticulated frame of gilt bronze with oval wreath featuring a bow and surmounted by a blue enamel reserve with cast floral applique held in position by scrolling tendrils and blackamoor cherubs supported by a rectilinear frame with a grid of circular piercings through cast foliate relief. Each stepped corner features blue enamel reserves with cast floral appliqués. Beveled mirror plate.

Minor wear to finish, no chips or scratches. 34½ x 21 x 1 inches ( 87.6 x 53.3 cm)
